A bootcamp built around real office work

You already know your job. Let's make the software cooperate.

Picture a Tuesday morning: three shared spreadsheets need updating before the operations meeting, calendar invites are colliding across two time zones, and someone in the group chat is asking where the invoice template went. Jexodu was built for that exact Tuesday. We teach administrative and operations staff the tools already open on their desktop, not abstract digital literacy theory.

Why this exists

Training that starts where your job actually starts

Most generic tech courses begin with "what is a browser" and end somewhere around "what is the cloud." That's fine for someone who has never touched a computer. It is close to useless for an office coordinator who already juggles four systems before lunch but has never been shown how to build a proper pivot table or set up a shared calendar without permission chaos.

Jexodu starts somewhere else entirely. Every cohort is built around the workflows that already exist inside administrative and operations roles: the weekly report, the meeting request that needs to reach six calendars, the shared drive nobody can navigate. We teach the tool by teaching the task.

What we actually teach

The tools sitting on your desktop right now

No hypothetical software, no invented case studies. Each module is anchored in the applications administrative and operations teams already use, or are about to be handed with no instructions at all.

Spreadsheets & Reporting

Formulas that hold up under scrutiny, pivot tables that summarise instead of confuse, and formatting habits that make a handover painless for whoever inherits the file next. We work from realistic reporting scenarios rather than isolated exercises.

Inbox & Calendar Management

Rules and filters that quietly sort incoming mail, shared calendars set up so delegation actually works, and a repeatable approach to scheduling meetings across departments without eleven reply-all threads.

Team Communication Platforms

Channel structures that don't collapse into chaos after week two, async communication habits for teams split across shifts, and enough notification control that people stop muting everything out of self-defence.

Digital Filing & Document Workflows

Shared drive structures that people can actually navigate a year later, version control that prevents three people editing three different "final" files, and a plain-language introduction to e-signatures and approval chains.

Who this is for

Built for the people who keep an office running

Not developers. Not IT specialists. The people whose job title rarely appears in a tech company's marketing but whose daily output depends entirely on tools they were often just handed without a manual.

Office Managers & Executive Assistants

Coordinating calendars, correspondence and vendor communication for an entire team or executive.

Operations Coordinators

Tracking tasks, timelines and handovers across departments that rarely speak the same software language.

Procurement & Facilities Staff

Managing orders, supplier records and building schedules through shared systems and spreadsheets.

Customer Support Team Leads

Balancing ticketing queues, shift calendars and internal reporting without formal software training.

Modules you can mix and match

Each module runs as a standalone session, so teams can pick exactly what their day-to-day requires rather than sitting through unrelated material.

Spreadsheets for Reporting & Handovers

Build reports colleagues can actually understand without a walkthrough call.

Inbox, Calendar & Meeting Coordination

Set up rules, delegation and scheduling habits that hold under real workload.

Team Communication & Async Collaboration

Structure channels and habits so chat tools support work instead of interrupting it.

Digital Filing, Approvals & Document Control

Organise shared drives and approval flows that survive staff turnover.
